Fever during pregnancy

Hi I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant and I'm having low grade fever 37.8C.Does anyone of you experienced it during pregnancy.I'm worried that it might affect my baby.

Assuming you don’t have any Pre existing condition, Taking pure paracetamol is fine according to my gynae. You should not let fever go too high as the body temperature rise will affect the baby’s temperature too. That’s not good.
