use of insecticide spray

I'm currently 11 weeks and just had to deal with a flying cockroach in our bedroom while I was home alone! Had no newspaper to smack it with so I sprayed bug spray and now I am super worried that the inhalation of it could affect baby! Anybody else used insecticide spray in first tri?

Open the windows and oscillate the fan in the room to circulate the air and get the fumes out of the house.

Thanks! I'm sleeping in a different room tonight but just worried if the short time I inhaled it could affected anything.. :(
