Constipation
I’m constipated, even though I’ve increased my fibre and water intake. Help 😭#firsttimemom

Try getting cranberry juice mama, it helped me so much when I was constipated in my 8-9 weeks.
I tried prunes, high fibre food eggs, chickpeas, wholemeal bread, brown rice- it helps
Can try taking yoghurt or dragon fruits, it works for me :)
Try taking probiotics supplements?
