How long does it take to stop breastfeeding?
I'm already on x4 pump/day at 30mins/pump. So thinking to decrease the pump time to 15/20mins. How long does it take for supply to drop?

If you want your supply to drop, try switching to handexpressing to comfort instead of pumping, do not completely empty your breast. Or you can gradually drag pump sessions (eg you usually pump 3 hourly then try dragging to 3.5/4/4.5hr) then drop pump sessions.
