I'm actively bf 2 kiddos- 5months and 17months..my right nipple have this one white spot isit normal?

is it hurt? is there any lumps around your breast? if not, you shouldn't be worry. just clean your nipples regularly, you can use VCO and cotton pads.

it could be a milk blister. have you try compress with warm water? it will reduce your soreness, then massage your breast in circular motion towards. if there's any redness, lumps, rashes and fever, please see doctor. and clean your nipples with lukewarm water or VCO after breastfeeding.
