I'm 6weeks pregnant with my second child . During ur second child do stomach grow fast . What it's just putting on fat or stomach is bloating or its just because of hormonal changes in pregnancy. I feel so different with my body . I feel my stomach is big and breast is growing I can't fit into my inners. Y it's so or it's just symptoms
