Having haemorrhoid/piles

Im 34+2 today and I’ve been having haemorrhoid for the past two weeks. I can’t take any medication to constrict it. Only relying on painkillers. Any ideas how to reduce the pain or make it disappear? I have been taking lactulose too. So far my stool has been soft. But still the haemorrhoid will come out despite i tried to push it back in. 😭
