lightheaded
im 28 wks and feel so lightheaded. when i tried to walk my body sway left right is this normal

Yes very normal mummy. You experience dizziness pressure from your growing uterus pressing on your blood vessels. Maybe you are having a large baby also. Do not sleep on your back, that might help relieve dizziness.

It’s normal! But remember if u experience spinning or blackout, please head to gynae at e soonest.. And try to take your time to walk slowly and control your breathing..

Can try to get up slowly so there wouldn’t be a rush in blood pressure
