Ano accurate Trans V or the Latest Ultrasound?

Hello I'm 27w and 4d. Tanong ko lang po alin mas accurate na ultrasound? Yung trans V (4months taken) or yung the latest one abdominal ultrasound (yesterday 9/14/25)? Nakakalito kasi magkaiba yung EDD niya tsaka yung weeks. 😅😅 Sana mapansin niyo po ito. Thanks moms. ☺
