u can try taking probiotics pills instead of yakult, and plain greek yogurt, those are not as sweet and can be taken daily. Yogurt helps as Calcium intake too!

have some walks to help your body naturally, drink warm water too! am having same on/off constipation so I always make sure I move a lot. haha! 😊 hope this helps!

Try taking prunes with lots of water. It wks for me.
