baby should be fine if it's a 1-off thing.. do look out for lessen in baby activity (kicking, moving, etc.) - proceed to get medical attention as a precaution if this occur.. reason being (simple explanation), anarex is a 'sleepy' medication that could be too strong for the baby, with it's effect staying longer than paracetamol itself, might cause the baby to 'sleep' prolonged period of time when taken frequently - endangering the baby's life.. hope this explanation helps..
