Bloated tummy
I'm at 14 weeks. Getting more and more gas especially at night. Till to a stage tat I'm like my body overloaded w gas keep bumping till want to vomit (at times comes tgt w morning sickness like vomit gas). Any tips to share to help on bumping? 😭
i am currently 24 weeks and I have a lot of gas that my whole tummy feels so tight 😅😅😅 is your burping due to acid reflux? it feels like when you burp a lot of stomach acid is coming up? if yes then it's caused by indigestion, just make sure to not eat oily or spicy food, eat smaller meals and chew slowly before swallowing. should help lessen the indigestion... take ginger tea! it helps clear the gas. papaya also helps! I also take a probiotic supplement every morning and night to help digestion. the gas is normal in pregnancy, your hormones are the cause of it. try to avoid food that cause bloating: beans, food containing wheat like bread/biscuits, Broccoli or cabbage and other cruciferous vegetables, Onions, sugary food, Milk / Dairy products for me, cabbage, broccoli, milk causes a lot of bloating so I avoid these and find that it really helps lessen bloating 👍🏻
