Feeling Dry and uncomfortable

I'm 11weeks preggy and felt dry and not in the mood for sex with my partner. Kaso Ang partner ko gusto Naman kaya gumagamit nlang kami lubricant . Natural lang Po ba na maging dry down there o baka may vitamins na pwde inumin para magka lubricated? Second na Tanong , 1 month Wala partner ko for work and Nung pag balik nya at nag sex ka me ..may red spotting Ako is it normal? Kinabukasan pa nasundan pero Wala Ng spotting lumabas . Sino Po nakaranas nito at any advice? Please respect my post and salamat
