Kkh delivery

Hi all, if I am private patient at kkh, and if my baby is born premature and requires NICU, can baby go C class to be subsidised while mummy stays in non subsidised ward?

No. I was at risk of IGUR. And the admin office gave me an estimate of 48K if my baby requires NICU for 2 months… so I downgraded. Can’t risk it

u can request for a downgrade of ward for the baby after delivery should there be a need. do note that administration needs some time, so u will be charge private rate in the meantime

If not wrong, baby’s ward class follows mommy’s one.
