any ideas of gd quality food but must be halal because i want to invite my malay colleagues over for my open house...buffet spread???

Buffet would be ideal. I've tried e creative and has been uaing them on many occasions with good feedback. Their portions are also big. Say if i got guest of 80pax, i only order 50pax and it is more than enough. If cakes ate required, they have it too.
