Unstable Lie at 38 weeks

I’d just been told my baby kept moving in different positions and never stayed put at head down. Baby was only head down for one of my 3rd trimester scans but now she’s breech at almost 39 weeks. So this is apparently called an unstable lie. Has anyone given birth with this diagnosis before? Anyone managed to avoid a c-section? #firstbaby #FTM #pleasehelp

Baby on the way to see the world

Buy yoga balls, kindly do simple exercises slowly on yoga ball. Example: seat on it and move your hips, it might help baby to turn head down.

Thanks dear, yes I’ve had a yoga ball that I’ve been bouncing on since first trimester and I take pilates too. 🫠
