Hip aches...

Iam currently having lots of hip aches.... Iam just 19 weeks... Does anyone experience the same... #pleasehelp #advicepls

Hi it’s likely your body preparing itself and pelvis will be more open. For me, I started prenatal Physio once I hit my second trimester and it’s helped me tremendously. I also do pelvic exercises like bridge or butterfly which help!
