While crossing the road

I went back to work after my hl, though I got my severe pelvic bone pain. After a long standing day at work while crossing the traffic I suddenly got my pelvic got pulled and I screamed in pain, it was a sharp pain and I couldn't afford to take another step. I stood there, the traffic light was counting down. And I got panicked, lucky an Army guy approached me and he stopped the traffic and helped me to cross the remaining side of the road. I used to get these pains while in hl but didnt expect such situation where I feel I put my life in danger when I step out. Can I ask my gyne for hl till I give birth? Currently at 31 weeks.
