Flagy Pessary

I was given this to insert into the vagina . But im still unsure of how to. Is my finger suppose to be inside the vagina to push it in deep or no ? How long should i stay in bed after inserting ?

Do it before you sleep at night. Lying down position is easier to push it further in. Get your husband to help you if you feel uncomfortable putting it into your vaginal yourself. Deepness wise - just ensure it doesn’t come out then that should be fine. :)
