Bleeding / Like menses

I was confirmed by gynae that I'm preg 6wks, bt I'm like having bleeding kind like menses. When to gynae Ed, done scan bby have faint movement. Should I worry? I was given hormone injection and also pill 3x a day. How do I know I got a miscarriage?
