Coconut water safe?

I wanted to drink coconut drink. But my old folks does not allow me due to some specific reason which i dont understand. So is it safe to drink it? Im at my 3rd trimester now and lately i have been perspire when i slow walk,eat or sleep apart from doing chores at home and at work.#2ndbaby #advicepls #pregnancy baby

Hi. It is safe to drink. I have 2-3 coconut 2 weeks before I gave birth. Maybe they think is too cooling for you? But most of the people say it is advisable to drink it before birth.
