I want to introduce juice with meals. Any specific way to do this? only 100% juice?

If you puree the fruits and veggies, technically there will be some juice in your baby's meals. I read that juicing with a normal juicer causes some of the nutrients from the fruits to be destroyed -- which will defeat the purpose of 100% juice. That's why cold press juices are popular these days. But I reckon the juices in the purees will be good enough.

ive always preferred the goodness of whole fruit and vegetables over juice, and plain water over juice. if you'd really like juice, i'd give it very diluted given the sugars and acid in it. In Gill Rapley's blw book, she even suggests thinning 1 part juice with 10parts water. we used open cup for both our blw kids for liquids

You can try steaming your fruits or veggies over an upturned bowl in a pot. Whatever is inside will be the essence.
