panadpl extra safe?

I took half a tablet of panadol extra cause I buey tahan liao.. headache damn jialat n I'm allergic to normal.panadol (sounds weird I know). will my baby be ok...

Please check with your gynae. My gynae previous ly advise me to take normal panadol only as he says some stronger panadol might contain caffeine.
