Very exhausted

I am so tired, im just about 3 week post partum. My son keeps on waking up almost every hour and idk how to keep up with this. I dread almost every night because he wakes up after every hour. It's exhausting.

He may not be getting enough milk. If all else fails can pay consultation fee to get a professional to help you diagnose the root cause. Your sanity is important.
