Gaviscon during pregnancy 10weeks

Can i take gaviscon without being advise by gynae as im having a bad heartburn, gassy stomach and feeling nausea all the time during my 10th week nw.

Yes it REALLY helps me too. But I never take it daily. Just bear with it sometimes too. I took the sachets Kind .
