Tongue tie newborn

I suspect my LO has tongue tie as he does not like to latch and always pushes my nipples away from him. Can polyclinic doctors confirm on such cases or should i bring him to see dentist directly? Any advice on how to check if he has tongue tie? #firstbaby #firsttimemom
