can i stop my breast milk my baby is 3 month old i have too milk he cant suck my breast i express my milk by hand

I understood that you need to stop breastfeeding bcoz of the pain . 1. Breastfeed baby atleast until 6 months is advised.For the essential immunity of baby u should atleast feed till 6 months and it is perfect if u feed till 1 1/2 years. 2.If you have pain you can apply, honey or virgin coconut oil or olive oil over there.apply it 3- 4 times a day. Don't forget to wipe the oil/ honey away before feeding. Pls don't take medicines to stop pain.
