Pregnancy appointments

I saw my doctor when I was 7 weeks. Is it normal that my next appointment with the doctor is at 5 months? Currently private at KKH. Wondering if I should change. #advicepls

i'm under NUH sub and my last scan was at 8wks..since i am doing the down syndrome test, next scan will be at 12wks..but was told if i am not doing the test, next scan will be at 21wks only..not sure if that is a norm..
