How to keep our V clean during pregnancy?

I read that we shouldn't wash our V as it could lead to infections and I have been washing with water... Any advice how to keep it clean if we can't wash? #1stimemom #advicepls

my doctor did not mention that to me so i have been cleaning using my regular soap free feminine wash. so far there are no issues.

pls dont NOT wash it. wash it with water is fine, you can also try cetaphil or those kind of soap which is similar to it

Been using my feminine wash even when preg, no problems at all

Wear cotton panties. Wipe from front to back.
