Ya it seems like the recommendation is left side but I change sides every 1-2 hours. Maybe you don’t lie down right after eating to prevent acid reflux. Try eating at least 2-3 hours before bed. Then walk for a short while after eating. That will help to prevent acid reflux.

doctor advised me to sleep left side too. But i cant sleep right or left position for longer. i only can sleep straight

Left right all ok. As long as not too long on the back will do.
