I m now 4 weeks 6 days today. Is it normal to have back spasm?

Pregnancy is like the perfect storm for lower back pains and spasm! Gosh i remember them perfectly lol! Back spasms may cause by various reasons. The most obvious reason includes weight gain. Speak to your obgyn to see how he or she can advice u further.
