I m 20 week pregnant .. my intimate area full of itching... What is the solution? Shall i use v wash?

Fungal/yeast infections are common during pregnancy. That might be the cause (if you have no foul smelling discharge). Soap/dettol/vaginal washes (especially antibacterial ones) can make it worse. See your doctor for an examination. I was given some antifungal cream the last time and it helped a lot:)
