Hi can I know why I suddenly vomit this mild yellow puke right now in this early morning at 9am?? What is it??? They tasted abit sour. Fyi I just finished my 1st trimester recently. And this is the 3rd time I had such similar vomit this month!!

That is stomach bile. You usually will puke this if there is nothing in your stomach. It's normal but with morning sickness, it's best to have small meals many times a day. So you don't get too bloated with big heavy meals. Take care mummy!

I am the writer of the post, got such morning sickness pill to ease??? I have medicine from gynae to ease vomit called Metoclopramide. Quite useful. Anyway the vomit happened daily between 2am to 7am because I suffered tremendous scare of contraction, labour pains, epidural thick needle & baby delivery process issues which made me have lots of nightmares & I can't sleep throughout daily at nights so maybe my stomach starts functioning without food, that's why I kept vomit all these gastric ju
