I know my question sound funny... Anyone worried your toddler way toooo friendly to almost everyone? I think parents in my situation will understand.

Same thinking here. I don't like it when my toddler is too friendly to literally everyone and anyone. So i always tell them to smile only and don't anyhow talk to stranger. At least by smiling, they aren't being rude to the people surrounding them. It's a form of acknowledgement too.
