PD recommendation

Hi, i jus gave birth at TMC. I am assigned to a PD but as everyone know, TMC parking is a nightmare. I'm thinking of switching PD. Any recommendation? Also, vaccination, any diff doing at polyclinic vs private clinics? TIA!
