Dark colour discharge

Question

Hello,I am in my 12th week pregnancy and I discovered traces of dark colour discharge while I was peeing with no pain and cramp. Do anyone experience this before?

Think you should go to the gynae or KKH just for a peace of mind! Mine was earlier and was not that dark, was a hematoma and put on bed rest with meds
