Behavioral change

Hi! I have a question po, my 4 month old baby had a fever for a day 38C, then the next day i noticed parang nag change po behavior niya. Our daily good mornings or i love you’s, ayaw na niya mag smile, yung play time din namin puro cry nalang. Is this normal? #1stimemom #advicepls
