An ectopic pregnancy is lethal for the fetus. Quick treatment is the best solution to an ectopic pregnancy to protect the mother's life. Here's everything you need to know about ectopic pregnancy: https://sg.theasianparent.com/ectopic_pregnancy_overview
unfortunately ectopic pregnancies cannot continue as the placenta will not be able to develop, and cannot support the fetus with necessary bloody supply, nutrients and oxygen to survive.
Ya usually ectopic pregnancy it is implanted into your fallopian tube.. Holding it longer than you should will risk your tube bursting and you'd have to remove it .. Good luck
