suggest me

Hi..I have a boy kid of 4 and half month old.iam feeding my baby with both breast milk and dexolac premium milkpowder as the breast milk is insufficient as suggested by doctor.pls suggest me from which month I can give him dolid foods?and wat is the food I can give him?
