I have been using daily therapy moisture physiogel on my 7mth old since i got to know he have eczema.. but recently whenever i use on him especially on the chest near the neck, he will scratch right after i apply... why is it so? Do i have to change the cream?

Was he alright with the application in the past? I think you can consider switching to another brand if this is no longer effective in easing his discomfort. Some of my friends find Aveeno Baby Eczema quite effective. Perhaps you can consider that.
