I have been using daily therapy moisture physiogel on my 7mth old since i got to know he have eczema.. but recently whenever i use on him especially on the chest near the neck, he will scratch right after i apply... why is it so? Do i have to change the cream?

The tingly sensation of the cream might be the cause of the scratching. I've tried physiogel on myself and to me, there is indeed a slight tingling sensation. It's something to get used to. If it causes baby too much discomfort, you may consider changing products?
