POLYMORPHIC ERUPTIVE OF PREGNANCY/PUPPS

I have been diagnosed w PUPPS w itchy red bumps spreading ard my body. Any remedies to reduce the itchiness or chase away those red bumps? Any mommies having this same condition as me?
