I just did my test today! KKH glucose drink is orange, taste like a sweeter orange Fanta without gas. It makes the throat a bit itchy from the high sugar but it's not too bad. can sip a bit of water to wash it down if required. I brought a straw to use so it's easier and faster to drink, you can try that too! no food, drinks or vomitting until all blood tests are done. total draw blood 3 times, once before drinking (fasting blood test), once 1h and 2h after drinking.
