I had put on a lot of weight during my first pregnancy and it has been hard to shake it off since. I want to try for a second baby - and get in shape. Want to lose the weight but no drastic weight loss measures... advise please.

I find it hard to go back to pre pregnancy weight to especially since I am not breastfeeding. However, now that my son is 6 months old and I've gone back to work, I've lost approx. 8kg since the start of the year
