Is this considered bloody discharge or mucus plug?

Hello. I had mucus plug discharge ytd. And i’m seeing more of such discharge today. Is this a concern? I’m having some contractions at intervals of 10-20mins. Do i need to admit myself to the hospital?

Good to consult you gynae. I had this for a wk before it became abit more red blood then i delivered 😂
