Mucus like discharge

Having a bit of mucus like discharge at 38 weeks but didn't notice any blood streaks. It looks similar to phlegm? Is this mucus plug or anyone getting this too before? No contractions yet. TIA #firstbaby #advicepls

Hi. i had the same during my 38 weeks. it came out a little for 3 days or so. then suddenly there is more on last Sunday night followed by watery feeling and my panty and panty liner was wet (my water bag burst without contraction). I went to hospital and was directed to the delivery ward. apparently I had yeast infection that has caused the losing of the mucus plug and also the water bag membrane ruptured.

    hey omg yes I have yeast infection too so it caused the membrane to rupture? Did you give birth naturally or csect in the end??

    Hello, i got this between my week 10-13. Its usually spotting and its old blood from pre pregnancy menstrual cycle so fingers crossed nothing to worry but just for peace of mind visit a doc to see you baby jumping and healthy.
