Low placenta

I had my elder daughter delivered vaginally and everything was ok in pregnancy at that time. Now I am 32w6d pregnant with my younger son. I had low lying placenta this time round at the start of pregnancy and my obstetrician and I thought it would move up. But it is still low lying at today’s growth scan and a TV check needs to be done to check how near the placenta is to the birth canal. I have no bleeding at all, just some pain in the pelvic. I am freaking out at the thought of the possibility to csect. But I think it could be the only safe way. Is there any more chance that the placenta can move up? Was told not to lift heavy objects. I still continue with my daily chores of hand washing undergarments bend up and down, washing toilet once a week.
