Stomach slight pain when I got angry

I got really angry and yelled for like a good few minutes and shortly after felt some random pinches around my tummy. Is it anything to worry about?? In 2nd tri! #1stimemom #advicepls

Should be fine. I work in an environment with children. And once I had to raise my voice (quite loud) to reach out to the students and get their attention. My baby had a shock and moved for a minute in my tummy. But he’s 1yr now and he’s fine.
