Belly back to norm

I gave birth in April and my belly still a little bulging like 4-5months pregger. And belly button stretch widely & the dark spots still there. How long does it take to go back to normal? I had e-csect and doc advice I can start my usual exercise. Would exercise helps to shrink back my belly faster? Or not advisable to exercise too much?

Tummy exercises would help but best to wait a little longer . Losing weight after giving birth does take a bit of time but you will eventually get there(:
