Belly back to norm

I gave birth in April and my belly still a little bulging like 4-5months pregger. And belly button stretch widely & the dark spots still there. How long does it take to go back to normal? I had e-csect and doc advice I can start my usual exercise. Would exercise helps to shrink back my belly faster? Or not advisable to exercise too much?

Hi... please wait till c-section wound to heal completely before you embark on rigorous exercise. You can start with walking or jogging to lose some weight first. Good luck
